MY FIRST RECONCILIATION EXPERIENCE
In my first Reconciliation i was very scared and nervous, however I was excited at the same time. I was struggling top memorize the act of contrition and nervous to confess my sins. When I was in the room all the nerves went away. the Priest told me to say a few prayers when i was finished.

Examination of Conscience
Before receiving penance one should have an examination of conscience. An examination of conscience is a prayerful reflection of purt word and deeds in the light of the gospel to determine how we may have sinned against God.
